Several payments on one bill

Check the bill first

Confirm the amount due after products, quantities and discounts are correct. If the bill changes before payment, check the payment amounts again.

A payment example

Illustration: a ৳1,200 bill is paid with ৳500 cash, ৳400 bKash and ৳300 credit. The three parts total ৳1,200. Only ৳500 went into the cash drawer.

Identify the credit customer

Confirm whose account will carry the credit. Check existing dues, the credit limit and whether approval is needed.

Count each fund separately

Compare cash with the cash account and mobile money with its own account. Total sales and cash received are not always the same. Understanding this difference is the first step in finding a mismatch.
