Pack from the list

Match products and quantities against the customer’s list. If their preferred brand is unavailable, confirm the replacement before making the substitution.

Have another person check

The checker matches products, weights and quantities against the order. The records distinguish who packed it from who checked it.

Sell what is ready

If the whole order is not ready, sell the checked portion and leave the remaining items on the order. Verify the customer and payment details before selling.
