The demo form stays with you until you send
The form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your contact details to our server. When you choose WhatsApp or email, the prepared message is passed to that service so you can send it. Once you send it, we use the details to answer your enquiry and arrange the service you requested.
Website hosting and preferences
This marketing website is hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider processes connection and request information to deliver and protect the site. Your light or dark theme is stored in your browser. WhatsApp and your email provider handle messages under their own policies. Product hosting is a separate arrangement; confirm the current provider and region before entering live shop data.
Website analytics
When enabled on the production site, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and device or referral information. The integration removes query strings and fragments from page URLs and does not send demo form values. Custom conversion events are optional and contain only the event name and language; opening WhatsApp is not proof that a message was sent. Local development does not collect analytics. Analytics is also skipped when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Shop records and access
Shop records can include product, supplier, customer, staff and transaction information. Use only information you are entitled to provide. Access should be limited to people who need it to operate or support the service. We do not publish customer records or testimonials without permission. Demonstrations on this website use fictional records.
Request a copy or a correction
Contact support to discuss available exports or copies before cancelling. Export coverage depends on the records and tools available; a complete one-click account export is not promised. We may verify shop ownership before sharing information. Posted transactions are corrected through visible entries rather than silently rewriting their history.
Closure and retention requests
Our starter policy is a 30-day request window after a paid service ends to arrange available copies or closure. After identity verification, the target is to remove eligible active shop data within 30 days of an agreed deletion request. Records needed for billing, disputes or legal obligations may be retained. Where backup copies exist, the deletion target is within 90 days, subject to those obligations. These are support-handled requests, not claims of an automated deletion feature. Confirm your request and its completion with support.
Questions and changes
Send privacy or correction requests to [email protected]. Include the shop name and the request, but never passwords, PINs or payment OTPs. We will explain any identity checks, exceptions or additional time needed. This notice will be updated when the service or its data practices change.
