Understand pack rates, loose weight and stock together.
Check the pack quantity
Before selling sack purchases by the loose kilo, record how many kilos each sack contains. Keep a separate pack rate if one applies.
A worked example
Illustration: selling 2 kg from a 25 kg sack leaves 23 kg before other adjustments. This is a teaching example, not a shop record.
Check weight and stock
Check the quantity and unit when selling. Keep sacks and kilos distinct. Record corrections for losses or returns as well.
