See your shop in the demo.
Bring a few everyday examples. Walk through the work, check the figures and decide whether Shopkeeper fits your shop.
Start with the problem that costs you time
Choose your main concern: unknown profit, unpaid dues, slow stock, supplier balances or staff approvals. Ask to see that workflow first.
Bring a small, safe sample
Prepare a few products with units, brands, packs, purchase costs and selling prices. Use fictional customer and supplier details for the demo. Bring the phone, tablet or laptop you expect to use.
Check a complete cycle
Receive stock, sell an item, split the payment, review a credit sale and follow a return back to its original invoice. Compare the resulting stock, money and dues.

Leave with clear next steps
Ask which needs are covered today, which are Pilot or upcoming, what setup help is available and what the complete cost would be. Request the agreed scope and terms in writing before paying.
Shop preparation sheets
Download a blank stock-count sheet and a demo checklist. These are planning worksheets, not CSV import files.
